CreditCardDiva is looking for
women and men interested in contributing on a regular
'featured columnist'
basis. We are looking for writers, both experienced and new to
the field. We will consider new works, reprint rights to
previously published works and syndicated columns.
CONTENT SOUGHT
General articles related to:
- Money, Budgets, Insurance
Issues, Loans, Paying for: college, a home, a business, etc,
Credit, Re-Building Credit, Mutual Funds, Taxes, Savings,
Stocks, Mortgages, Online Trading, Financing, Starting a
Business, Home Business, Finding a Job, Work at Home Moms,
Success Stories
- All articles will carry an
author bio and a photo (photo is your option).
COMPENSATION
In most areas we are not taking
on additional paid contributors. Advertising space, exposure to
our large and highly desirable audience and the development of
small web sites in exchange for content are alternative forms of
compensation. Barter contribution is an excellent way to market
products and services to affluent, technologically literate,
professional viewers interested in this site's specialized
content. Barter contributors receive first consideration when
paying opportunities arise.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Send a brief email letter to
us telling us what you would like to do and the areas you
are interested in covering.

Tell us your background and
interest in the area you wish to cover.

Tell us what kind of
commitment you are willing to make and outline an editorial
schedule.

Send us 2 writing samples. DO
NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS. Simply place the text in the body of
an email message.

Include your name, email
address, address, home and work phones.

Please, take this opportunity
seriously. It will lend credibility to a writing career,
enable you to show you are involved with a large circulation
website, gain credibility with professionals, obtain
credentials events, etc.

Minimum commitment: We
require three articles to be delivered at the time a writer
is approved to be added to our editorial calendar. This
enables us to give new contributors a significant presence
and a listing on our Featured Columns list. Those articles
must be followed by a minimum of one article per month.

Articles need to contain 800
to 1250 words unless otherwise agreed upon.
