Today's financial term of the day is Cafeteria Plan (have we been doing a lot of C's lately?). In any case a Cafeteria Plan refers to an employee benefit plan that gives the staff the power to choose from different benefits in order to build up a plan that best address their particular needs. A cafeteria plan is also known through such terms as a cafeteria employee benefit plan, or a flexible benefit plan.
