Todays financial term of the day is Accredited investor.
Accredited investor is a term used by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and which appears in Section D in order to refer to particular investors who are already experts and have a more thorough understanding of what happens in the world of finance. Accredited investors also have a lesser need to be covered by the various protections being offered to investors by merely filing out certain documents or forms. Also known by the term “qualified purchaser.”
Cheers!
