I love my accountant and have full confidence in him but I must admit that more times than none he gets me a bit nervous. The reason for this is not what he says or how he does his job – it’s simply because of his desk. You see, every time I walk into his office I actually have a hard time seeing his face since the piles of papers and documents on his desk are so high. Now, I believe him when he says he knows just where everything is and can locate the document he needs when he needs it but it is still a bit unnerving to see it and imagine just where my important tax documents are buried…

They completely eliminate office clutter and document filing by efficiently scanning and tagging all your documents, storing them in a digital form which can be easily retrieved from any computer. I actually think a Document Scanning Service would be great for him also because he would be able to email many of the forms he currently either mails his clients or asks them to come and pick them up. This should be easier for him and keep his customers happy.
