What I like most about the internet is that it brings center stage to many non conventional opinions and grants us access to some of the most brilliant minds in almost every field. I came across a very interesting blog today dedicated to entrepreneurship and independent software vendors. The approach taken by schechterTech on MicroISVs and start-ups is very refreshing and interesting and can give new perspective where conventional thinking doesn’t always grant the best results. For instance in a recent post titled “Fail Fast and Fail Often”, the author discusses how in certain cases it is smarter to try bringing numerous products to the market at a low cost in order to find the few winners rather than spend a fortune on research in order to determine which product will be awarded with the development dollars. Be sure to check them out.
