Being a Smarter Consumer

While we all try to be smart consumers, certain situations leave us at a natural disadvantage. We all drive and depend on our cars but how many of us really know enough about them to properly engage a car dealership or mechanic as a smart consumer? Not all mechanics and car dealers take advantage of this situation but enough troubling stories have given them a bad name.

One of the most common things they get you by is replacement parts. I had some work done on my Honda Accord and my mechanic claimed he has to order an expensive part. That’s when I discovered drivewire.com. They carry thousands of car accessories and replacement parts in stock for virtually any type of car and ship direct to consumer. I found my Honda Oxygen Sensor on their site for a fraction of what my mechanic claimed it cost. After looking around the Honda replacement part section I realized that no matter what part I would need it is worth getting through drivewire.com even if I have to pay more for labor and installation. One thing is for sure, you will definitely be a smarter consumer.
