Reno 911! Miami The Movie

If you thought you know what true police force work is, guess again. Because the type of police work you will see in >Reno 911! Miami The Movie is not what you would expect. It is like Reno County has single handedly picked the funniest, weirdest, strangest characters for their local sheriffs department. You may be familiar with the crew from the Reno 911 TV series but even that is not enough to prepare you for what is expected in the movie.

At the beginning of the Reno 911! Miami The Movie, Dangle and his crew have been invited to a law enforcement convention in Miami. You can be sure things don’t go well for the crew and nothing happens as expected. When the Reno crew arrives at the convention they discover they are not registered and are forced to stay at another hotel. As luck would have it, all those that actually were in the convention become isolated due to a biological terrorist attack on the building. This leaves the screwy Reno crew act as the only law enforcement crew in all of Miami.

The film takes the Reno 911 to even greater levels than known to hardcore fans from television. A great scene takes place in a daydream Junior has (while driving!) where the crew is recruited by the FBI to take over the building held by terrorists. The crew is introduced in the scene as practical super heroes and is incredibly funny. I can’t wait for the DVD to come out next week. They are calling it the unrated edition, I can only imagine what else it will include.
