iShares Silver ETF

We have discussed Exchange Traded Funds here on Credit Card Diva in the past. There is a new type of ETA available now which has created quite a bit of controversy. Some people have started investing in the new iShares Silver ETF, while others consider it more like casino gambling than investing. The main concern is that the fund is not actually backed by an actual inventory. This whole concept is pretty new and we prefer not to give our opinion on it quite yet, other than just to be cautious with it (and maybe remember that it’s better to be safe than sorry).
