Every business owner knows the feeling of spending time and effort to promote their business and attract new customers only to witness a fraction of sale leads actually convert. The main problem business suffer from is that they focus too much on attracting new customers and generating sales leads and not enough on dealing with the leads already received.
According to recent studies, lead neglect is attributed to an estimated 80% of lost sales in corporations. To tackle this issue, AIMpromote has added what they call their Lead Attention Meter to their CRM system. The Lead Attention Meter assigns a special color code near each lead and gives a clear visual display of either green, yellow or red to each lead according to the attention it has received. The feature is designed to prevent lead neglect by allowing users to prioritize their attention giving less attended (red) leads priority over the ones recently attended to.
