Cash for Structured Settlements

As of the 1970’s structured settlements have been utilized in the United States as an alternative to lump sum settlements for bodily injuries. The structured settlement provides the injured their due compensation over a long period of time, often many years rather than providing them the money up front.

Some people find this type of settlement helpful as it provides a guaranteed income for the future. However, many people would prefer converting their future payments to an up front large sum to help deal with current financial requirements.

Individuals now have the option of trading in their structured settlements at J.G. Wentworth for a lump sum. While selling their structured settlement payments is not always the best option for everybody, J.G. Wentworth provides a team of experienced representatives that can work with each client to come up with a customized solution tailored to their needs.
